RECIPES FROM STS P AND P'S KITCHEN GARDEN
PIZZA TWISTS
Ingredients
2 sheets of frozen piuff pastry, thawed
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1/4 cup milk
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, line a baking tray with paper and set aside.
Spread tomato sauce over 1 sheet of pastry and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place remaining pastry sheet on top and roll lightly with a rolling pin to seal pastry sheets together.
Brush the top with milk and cup into 16 strips, then cut each strip into half to make 32 strips.
Twist each strip a few times by holding the ends with clean fingers and turning in opposite ways.
Place twists on prepared tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
