RECIPES FROM STS P AND P'S KITCHEN GARDEN
MRS P'S ROCKY ROAD
Ingredients
3 x 200g blocks Cadbury milk chocolate
1 pkt jelly snakes
1 pkt milk bottle lollies
1 pkt marshmallows
Optional extras
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 pkt raspeberry lollies
1 cup desicated coconut
Anything else that you think will taste good!
Method
Grease and line a 19cm x 29 cm (apporx) slice tin with baking paper.
Chop lollies roughly and place in a large bowl.
Melt chocolate in microwave for about 1 minute, check, may need another 20 seconds or so. Stir to completee melting.
Add chocolate to lollies and mix well.
Press mixture into prepared tin and refigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
Enjoy!
