RECIPES FROM STS P AND P'S KITCHEN GARDEN
VEGETABLE SLICE
Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour (gluten freen optional)
2 small zucchinis, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 large onion, finely chopped
400 gr can corn kernels
1 & 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 Tbs vegetable oil
Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees, grease and line a large baking dish and set aside.
Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour and beat until smooth.
Add the zucchini, carrot, onion, corn, cheese and oil and stir until all combined.
Pour mixture into the prepared dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through, remove from oven to cool for 10 minutes.
Lift out of baking dish using the paper and cut into slices to serve.
