RECIPES FROM STS P AND P'S KITCHEN GARDEN

MRS P'S ROCKY ROAD

Ingredients

Marshmallows, 1 pkt

Snakes or jelly babies, 1 pkt

Milk bottle lollies, 1 pkt

3 x 180g blocks of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate 

Method

Line biscuit tray with baking paper.

Chop the marshmallows and lollies into small pieces.

Place in large bowl.

Melt chocolate in microwave, approximately 1 minute per block. Be careful not to burn, after 1 minute, if it still needs melting do so in 10 second bursts.

Add melted chocolate to lollies and mix well.

Spread mixture over biscuit tray and refrigerate for several hours.

When set, cut into bite size pieces.

Variations

You can add many different things to the mixture: coconut, nuts, raspberry lollies, M&Ms, strawberries & cream lollies ...... really whatever you like.
