SCHOOL WIDE POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR TASK FORCE
With enthusiasm and solidarity our Student Task Force worked together this week on a brand new and exciting initiative. This group of children have been empowered to help shape and formulate a way of expressing what it means to be a student of Sts Peter and Paul Primary School.
The children examined our school’s mission statements and identified key components from the statements. They then tossed keywords around to come up with a living, tangible way of expressing what it means to belong, in a supportive learning environment that celebrates success. As partners with teachers the students have designed a quick-call phrase to remind students of their behaviour in a fun and supportive way.
The next stage of this project is to make the ideas come to life.
We would like to thank the following students for their hard-working, can-do attitiutute to help this idea evolve. The children will receive a Certificate of Appreciation at this week’s Awards Assembly.
Thank you, Caomh, Lakshya, Will, Vanessa, Massimo, Ava, Stella and Luca.
