MALTESER FUDGE
Ingredients
2 pkts maltesers (family size)
395 gr tin condensed milk
250 gr pkt dark chocolate bits
250 gr pkt milk chocolate bits
Method
Line a rectangular slice tray with baking paper.
Place enough maltesers to cover the bottom of the slice tray and allow the chef to taste any leftovers for quality control!
Place the dark and milk chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted, smooth and glossy.
Add the condensed milk and mix until combined, remove from the heat.
Pour mixture over the maltesers, ensuring they are all covered.
Refrigerate the slice for approximately 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into squares to serve and enjoy!
