It was a wet and wild morning down at the netball courts on Saturday morning for the Juniors Grand Finals.  Our Year 6 team was playing against Bullants for the Division 1 Grand Final.  Bullants were undefeated all season, and had beaten us 4 times over the season so we went in knowing it was going to be a tough game.  We were down 10-7 at half time.  By ¾ time (and a lot more rain) we were 15-15 and it was getting exciting.  The team gave it everything they had for the last ¼ and ended up with a fantastic 19-18 win.   

Thanks to all the supporters at the game, it was great to have you cheering the team on.

Congratulations girls– it was a fantastic game of netball and a well earned win.  You played as a team and you didn’t give up.  It was your best game of the season and you came away champions. What a way to end the season!
