PIZZA TWISTS
Ingredients
2 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1/4 cup milk
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, line a baking tray with paper and set aside.
Spread tomato sauce over 1 sheet of pastry and sprinkle with cheese.
Place the remaining sheet on top and roll lightly with a rolling pin to seal pastry sheets together.
Brush the top with milk and cut into 16 strips, then cut each strip in half to make 32 strips.
Twist each strip a few times by holding each end with clean fingrs and turning in opposite ways.
Place twists on prepared trays and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Note: Other ingredients can be added, just make sure each strip can still be easily twisted.
