THE KITCHEN GARDEN PROGRAM AND POTATOES FOR SALE
The kitchen was busy last week cooking with the potatoes from our very own garden – they made chocolate muffins. They were fun to make and the children practiced using the ½ cup and 1 cup measurements. The children loved that there was a secret ingredient called potato.
In Garden Club we had more potatoes to harvest and a garden bed to weed, in order to plant some more winter vegetables next week - onions and leeks.
Garden Club is on every Friday lunch time after the eating bell. Email katherine.birch@cg.catholic.edu.au if you have any questions.
