Dear Parents and Carers

Parent-Teacher Interviews and Reports

Thank you to all parents who have participated in this Semester’s parent-teacher interviews. The last day of interviews was today. If you have not managed to book an interview time, please contact your child’s teacher for an interview. My thanks to all teachers for their commitment and hard work, and to Samantha Mance, for coordinating the timetable. Reports will be published via Compass next Monday afternoon.

Years 3 – 6 Snow Opportunity

The first our Years 3 – 6 Snow Opportunity Day is being held this Thursday, and sees students, whose parents have elected to have them attend, travel by bus to Corin Forest. My thanks to Luke Gubler for coordinating these opportunities and for making them possible. The students will no doubt have a great deal of fun – which is its own reward. Joining our students for the day will be Maddi Mertz and Samantha Mance, to whom I express my grateful thanks for looking after our students.

Rostrum Quarter Finals

Looking ahead to Week 10, next Thursday sees Ioanna Mentetakis represent Sts Peter and Paul at the Rostrum Quarter Finals, which will be held at Charles Weston School, Weston. I am vey proud of Ioanna and I wish her the very best on the night.

Sts Peter and Paul Feast Day Celebrations

On the last day of the term, Friday July 5th, the school celebrates the feast day of Sts Peter and Paul. The school will start the day with a whole school Mass in the hall, starting at 9.30am, followed by a day of fun activities run by teachers in their classrooms. It will be a wonderful way to finish the term. My thanks to our REC, Amanda Basedow, for coordinating the day, and to all staff for their support. Parents are very welcome to join us for our Mass, in the school hall, at 9.30am.

Pupil Free Day

The first day of Term 3, Monday July 22nd, is a pupil free day. The day is a dedicated staff Professional Learning Day. The first day for students is Tuesday, July 23rd. This is system-wide practice for all Catholic schools. Please contact me if you have any questions.
