PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Parents and Carers, we have had a wonderful week so far working with your children.
Term 4 Start Date
Please be aware that Term 4 will begin on Monday, October 14th. This date was previously listed incorrectly on our school calendar, but it has now been updated.
First Communion
This weekend, many of our students will celebrate their First Communion (or First Eucharist). This Sacrament is one of the most sacred and significant events in a Catholic’s life, marking the first time they receive the Eucharist. The term ‘communion’ signifies being united with Jesus Christ in a special way. As our Year Four students take part in this important sacrament, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. It is a moment they will likely remember vividly in the years to come. We pray that this First Communion brings them many blessings and draws them closer to Our Lord.
Uniform Reminder
Please ensure that your child is wearing the correct uniform each day. Your continued support in this matter is greatly appreciated. If any clothing items are missing, please check the lost property near the canteen.
Grandfriends Day
On Friday, September 27th, the last day of Term 3, we will host our annual Grandfriends Day. We invite grandparents or other significant older role models to join us for class visits and a shared picnic lunch on the oval. Parents are also welcome to attend. If your child will be meeting their Grandfriends later in the day, please also make sure they have food packed for the first break.
Thank You to the Community Council
Finally, a heartfelt THANK YOU to our wonderful Community Council for organising the fantastic Trivia Night last Friday. It was a huge success and a lot of fun. We appreciate everyone who attended and extend our gratitude to the local businesses that supported our fundraising efforts.

Yours in Christ,
Samantha Mance
Acting Principal
