MAC AND CHEESE
Ingredients
400 gr macaroni pasta
1 & 1/2 cups cream
3/4 cup milk
1 & 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pinch salt and pepper
1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese (extra)
Pinch ground paprika, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees on the grill setting and grease a large oven proof casserole dish, set it aside.
Boil macaroni in a large saucepan of salted water for about 10-15 minutes or until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
Heat cream and milk in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, reduce heat and stir in the grated cheeses, salt & pepper. Stir until cheese has melted, add pasta.
Toss to coat pasta in the sauce, transfer to the prepared dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, extra cheese and paprika.
Grill for 2 minutes or until topping is golden and crispy.
