LEMON BUTTER
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 gr butter
3 lemons
Method
Break eggs into saucepan.
Add sugar, beat with electric mixer until creamy.
Finely grate lemon skin, put aside.
Cut lemons and juice, strain juice into egg mix.
Add butter to egg mix, stir over low heat with whisk.
Stir until mix is thick like honey, add rind.
Pour into containers, seal and label.
