MINI PIZZA BASES
Ingredients
2 cups self raising flour
30 g butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup milk
Pinch salt
Method
Preheat oven to 220 degrees, line 3 baking trays with paper.
Sift flour and salt into a bowl, add butter and rub in flour with fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Stir in grated cheese, then make a well in centre of mixture.
Add milk, mix through with a knife until dough comes together.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead into a smooth ball.
Divide the dough into 6 small, even balls. Roll each into pizza rounds and place on prepared trays (2 per tray).
Spread bases with preferred pizza sauce (passata, tomato, bbq). Add pizza toppings of your choice and cheese.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
