It is hard to believe that it is the time of year again for Boorowa Central School and St Joseph’s, Boorowa to invite schools to nominate teams for the Boorowa Touch and Netball Carnival for 2025!!

We are launching from Sts Peter and Paul a new way to attend the carnival, with our nomination forms being completely paperless. The forms are live on Compass and will allow people to nominate if they would like to attend or not. Entries will close Sunday, the 17th of August. Some important information about the event is listed below:

• This is a voluntary event offered to years 2-6 and is by no means mandatory to attend. If your child is not participating, they will attend school as normal, which will be operating business as usual.
• This year Sts Peter and Paul will not be offering a bus to attend the event, meaning that the only way to attend is through private transport. We strongly encourage families to communicate and organise carpooling to make sure everyone can attend.
• This carnival is organised as a fundraising event for St Joseph's Primary School and as such, there will be a $10 fee to participate. The event is a perfect opportunity for your child to have a go at any of the sports offered - it is a non-competitive environment designed for everyone to give things a go and have fun!
